I Don’t Want To Receive My Newsletter Anymore. How Do I Unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe from newsletters in your account page.

  • First, log in to your account and navigate to your Settings page.
  • Then, select Unsubscribe in the Newsletters section.

Alternatively, You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe or Modify my subscription" link at the bottom of any newsletter sent.

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    CaribeHeart accepts the following payment methods:

    • Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
    • For accelerated checkout we also offer PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. 

    • Shop now, pay later with Klarna / QuadPay / AfterPay!

      Can I Use Two Coupon Codes?

      • Unfortunately, we only allow 1 coupon code per transaction.
      • We are unable to combine 2 coupon codes or enter 2 codes separately.

      Orders

      Why Can't I Cancel My Order?

      • We start preparing orders to ship shortly after orders are placed. If you are unable to cancel your order, it means we are already working on getting it to you ASAP!
      If you change your mind and are unable to cancel your order, you can return or exchange it after you receive it.

      How Do I Report Unauthorized Charges?

      If you see a CaribeHeart charge on your bank or credit card statement and you are not sure where the charge came from, we suggest that you contact us immediately at support@caribeheart.com with the amount and transaction date.


       You might want to also consider some scenarios:

      • Do you have a child away at school who is authorized to use the card or bank account? Have you asked them about this charge?
      • Have you or a family member purchased anything by using your card or bank account on Caribeheart.com?
      • Do you have a spouse, friend, relative, or co-worker who has access to your card number and might have made a purchase?

      However, there are additional requirements and certain limits on our liability for unauthorized transactions. As part of the dispute resolution process, we will contact parties in the transaction. If we determine that you are not responsible for the charges, you will be reimbursed.

      Shipping

      What Do I Do If A Package Arrives Damaged?

      • Document the damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery. Caribeheart.com is not responsible for damaged freight, all orders ship FOB Miami, Florida.
      • Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact caribeheart.com’s customer service email at support@caribeheart.com and we’ll process your claim.

      What Can I Do If I Never Receive My Order?

      Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages.

      Packages may also be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager.


        • NOTE: If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please contact us to check your order status. 

        International Orders

        How Do I Calculate International Shipping?

        • International shipping is only calculated on our checkout page. If you would like to get a shipping estimate for addresses outside the US and Canada, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.

        Are There Any Other Charges, Taxes Or Duties?

        • You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service, DHL, FedEx, UPS, nor CaribeHeart can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the buyer). CaribeHeart has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 
        • Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from CaribeHeart, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.

        Returns/Refund

        What Is The Return Policy?

        • Items returned within 30 days of their original receipt date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
        • Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
        • Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.

        Do I Need To Return The Packaging And Everything That Came With The Product?

        • To obtain a full refund, you may be required to return the product with all product/order contents including packaging, any promotional gifts, and/or gift/shopping cards provided with the purchase. 
        • There are some instances where we may have to deny the refund in full or provide a partial refund if only part of the purchase is returned.
